Plans for the 2012 St. Pius X School Auction are off to a Spectacular Start. We need your help to make it a Sensational, Stupefying, Scintillating Success. Here are some ways you can get involved to make this Fun Fundraiser a Full Fledged Formidable Feat benefitting our students. Thanks for your support!
Donate Items to be Auctioned!
We're collecting all kinds of exciting items such as new merchandise, gift cards, gift baskets, services, autographed items, hand-made keepsakes, electronics, airline miles, time-share accommodations, cultural and sporting event tickets and even cash to buy items for guests to bid on or to complete packages! Donate something you would like to own or something that would make a nice gift for someone you know. Please fill out an auction donation form and turn it in with your donated items to the school or parish office. Form are available in both places. Questions? Contact Mary Beth Smith at 918-640-0204.
Be a Sponsor or Ask Your Workplace to Sponsor the Auction!

Host a Party!
We are looking for parishioners and school parents to host parties to be featured and "sold" in our auction. Can't think of a party theme? We have lots of ideas for you. If you are interested in hosting a party for adults, families or students, please call Jessica Cooley at 918-639-2590, or Melanie Elias at 918-638-8363. A completed party donation form is needed for party details. Forms are available in the school or parish office, or by clicking on "Forms" under the Parents Corner tab at www.spxtulsa.org.
Volunteer to Help on a Committee or the Night of the Event!
It takes a lot of volunteers working during the next few months of planning through the night of the event to make our auction successful. It's a great way to get involved, make new friends and support the school. Contact Desiree Willmann at 918-629-6189 to get started.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 11, 2012. Invitations and reply cards will be mailed in January. Make your reservations early as seating is limited!
